1 - Install Maat 1.2.exe
    ( Maybe Virusscanner alerts because of rootparts like pwn etc.
      inside this tool, allow them to use rooting)

2 - copy MAAT_1.2_LOADER to install folder [C:\Program Files\Maat]
    (Loader is themida-packed, therefore virusscanner alerts, allow!)

3 - start MAAT_1.2_LOADER_DzCraXx.exe as administrator
